Our Commitment to Cancer Research

At Xenithis LLC, we believe businesses should create value beyond the products they build.

For that reason, 10% of Xenithis LLC's annual net profits are committed to supporting cancer research through Cleveland Clinic's VeloSano Cancer Research Fund.

VeloSano is Cleveland Clinic's year-round fundraising initiative dedicated to advancing cancer research. According to Cleveland Clinic's VeloSano program, 100% of funds donated through VeloSano support lifesaving cancer research at Cleveland Clinic.

How We Calculate Our Donation

For purposes of this commitment:

• Net profits means the Company's annual profit remaining after operating expenses, taxes, and other legitimate business expenses have been deducted in accordance with the Company's financial records and applicable accounting practices.
• The donation is calculated once per fiscal year.
• Donations are made directly to the Cleveland Clinic VeloSano Cancer Research Fund, or a substantially similar Cleveland Clinic cancer research program if VeloSano is discontinued or materially changed.

Timing of Donations

Donations are made after the close of each fiscal year, once Xenithis LLC's financial records for that fiscal year have been finalized and net profits have been determined.

The donation amount is equal to 10% of the Company's annual net profits for that completed fiscal year and is generally made within a reasonable period following the completion of the year-end financial closing process.

Transparency

We believe charitable commitments should be verifiable.

After each annual donation, Xenithis LLC intends to publish:

• the fiscal year covered,
• the Company's calculated net profit,
• the amount donated, and
• confirmation of the donation whenever practical, such as a receipt or acknowledgment.
